Fernando received a BA in Visual Communications from American University in DC. Involved in years of exploring and using photography as a medium of communication, Fernando has used his extensive knowledge of photography successfully in the areas of commercial, studio, fine art and street photography.

These various disciplines are applied to every facet of his photographic journey. Fernando has exhibited extensively and his work has been accessioned by various institutions including the Smithsonian’s Museum of American History and the DC commission of the Arts and Humanities.

Commercial work varies from location to conferences and publication. San Jose is the new challenge.
